Return Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for a return or an exchange.

 

We only accept returns if received item does not match its description. If an item is damaged, we can only offer an exchange.

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@big-toreka.jp to resolve any issues.

Shipping fee may be incurred when returning items. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fee. Free shipping does not apply to returned items. It will be deducted from the original refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: Unopened, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@big-toreka.jp. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting for a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get an exchange is to return the item you received after contacting us. Once the return is confirmed and accepted, we will then proceed with the new shipment for your exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund the original amount subtracted by the return shipping cost back to your original payment method.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
