Countries & Regions

We currently only accept orders within the United States, excluding: Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and US Protectorates.

We currently do not accept international orders.

 

Handling Time

2-5 business day

After we receive your order, it will be shipped out within 2-5 business days.

A business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. Also, handling time may sometimes be extended during holiday seasons.

Shipping Method

UPS and USPS

Our preferred shipping services are UPS Ground Saver and USPS Ground Advantage. We don't currently offer other shipping methods.

 

Shipping Time

After UPS or USPS picks up your order from us, it typically takes 2-5 business days for your package to get to you based on our experience.

The exact shipping time depends on your location and the efficiency of UPS and USPS.

If shipment is delayed due to unseasonable weather, the convenience of the delivery company, or any other reason, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders. However, this is always subject to change.

 

Additional Charges

We are responsible to collect sales tax on all orders and remit them to the state or other local tax authority.

Return of Items

This section isn't referring to cancelled order.

Items may be returned to us by the delivery company due to rare and unexpected issues such as refusal of package, wrong shipping address, etc. In that case, we will inform you that the package has been returned.

Please allow us more shipping and handling time for re-shipment.

If these issues occurred due to errors on the customer’s end, the customer has to cover any additional shipping cost for the re-shipment. Free shipping does not apply in these circumstances.
